MARE OWNER AGREES:
1.
Harmony
Walking Horse Farm is, nor its agent (s) will be responsible for accident,
injury, disease, or death to the mare
or her foal currently at side (if
applicable).
2.
Mare will conform to policies and
procedures of Harmony Walking Horse Farm and the mare owner will be responsible
for paying all expenses of breeding, board,
and veterinary care during the mare's stay
at Harmony Walking Horse Farm.
3.
Breeding fee will be due and payable
at time of mare's departure or before
shipping cool semen.
4.

semen preparation, administration, container, labor, documentation and overnight
delivery.

Full payment of stallions stud fee,
full payment of semen shipping fee, copy of
mare's registration papers and signed copy of
semen contract must be received by the Harmony
Walking Farm office prior to semen shipment.
3.
Shipping cost may vary if same day - weekend
and/or holiday delivery necessitates alternate
couriers or transcontinental flights.
4.
Harmony
Walking Horse Farm is not responsible for
failure of courier service to deliver semen
to destination.
This Contract shall be interpreted and
construed under the Laws of the State of
Alabama.
I have read and agree to the above
provisions.
