We feel so so blessed to have had Shades in our family even for a short time. I don't know when this pain will go away, but I wouldn't trade one moment with him.  Thank you Susan and Butch again for sharing him with us.  We both also feel driven to try to follow the direction that Shades pointed us in.  His legacy must continue, and I know that one day we'll see more of him as the divine plan unfolds.  We love you all so much and are so lucky to have found the family we found with all of you and Shades. He brought us together- Who knows why, but one reason may have been so we didn't have to go through this alone. 
I see Shades in his fillies (Shades Pushin Candy Kisses) & (Shades Classic Courier) eyes.  I am so proud to have them.  They have truly been a comfort.
